I lost my game's activation code, how can I get it?

 

If you purchased the game through us, you don't need an activation code to successfully reinstall your game. To simplify the activation process, the email address entered at the time of purchase now acts as the activation code for our games. If entry of your email address fails to activate your game, please submit a Technical Assistance ticket with us. Include the following information for quick retrieval of your purchase record:

1.  The name on the bank card used to purchase the game(s).

2.  The purchase order number, which is found on electronic purchase receipt you should have received via email upon completion of your purchase.  Our purchase order numbers are 19 digit codes.

3.  The last four digits (only) of the credit card used to make the purchase.

4.  The email address used to make the purchase. If your email address was incorrectly entered at time of the original purchase, the other information requested here can be very useful in locating the transaction record.

5.  The game title.

6.  The approximate date of purchase.

For purchases made by PayPal:

1.  Your name as it appears on your PayPal account registration.

2.  The purchase order number, which is found on electronic purchase receipt you should have received via email upon completion of your purchase.  Our purchase order numbers are 19 digit codes.

3.  The email address used for PayPal registration, if different from the one you used for registering with iWin.

4.  The game title

5.  The approximate date of purchase.
