Why am I receiving advertisements during game play for my already purchased game or being told to purchase it again?


If you are having advertisements populate on a game you have already purchased or are being told to purchase it again, it is more than likely because the game's activation is not complete.  No worries, activation or re-activation is easy. The information below can show you how to do so. Please note that you will have to enter the email address which was on your account at the time of purchase of the game.

To get to the activation screen, select 'Buy now' or launch the game and exit.

After you should then see a screen like the one shown below. Click on the "Activate" button.


Then below you will see a field to activate the game with the email address associated with your account at the time of purchase.


If the email address associated with your purchase record is entered correctly, the game should activate at this point. 

If you receive an error message once you have entered the email address, please submit a support ticket and let us know the title of the game and date of purchase.
