Can I move my monthly subscription re-billing date?

It is possible to change your monthly re-billing date, the information below can help.

Automatic re-billing for Club iWin or All Access subscriptions takes place monthly on the day of the month the subscription was started. To view your next billing cycle, select your 'Membership Info' tab and it will display like this:

So for example, if you initiated your subscription on February 5th, each month on the 5th thereafter the subscription would be charged, until canceled. Unfortunately we are not able to manually move billing dates, offer deferments or alter schedules on subscriptions.

The way to change your monthly re-billing date is to cancel the subscription and then re-start it on the day of the month you wish for your billing cycle to be.
