I have cancelled my subscription, why does it say I am still Current?

If you have canceled your monthly subscription but your account says it is 'Current' or 'Paid Through' until a different date - No worries! This is because your subscription is truly active up until what would have been your next billing cycle.

Example: Billing cycle is the 5th of every month. Cancellation takes place on May 20th. The subscription is valid until June 20th.

To ensure successful subscription cancellation, select the 'Transaction History' tab and confirm there your cancellation request is listed in the 'Event" column.

Upon successful cancellation, you will also receive a conformation email to the email address on file.
