Please use the information provided below to clear your browser cache (follow the instructions for the browser you currently use).
*Please note that clearing your cache/cookies will sign you out of most websites, so be sure to have your log-in information to any sites you may be logged in to
Internet Explorer
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right
- From the drop-down menu, hover over 'Safety', then select 'Delete browsing history' from the menu that pops to the left
- From the 'Delete Browsing History' menu, make sure 'Temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies' are checked (you can check any other boxes you would like, but is not required)
- Click 'Delete'
After a few seconds, your cache should be cleared (you may or may not receive a confirmation).
Microsoft Edge (Windows 10 only)
- Click the menu button (3 lines) in the upper right
- Click on the clock-shaped 'History' button. Here you will be able to view your browsing history
- Click on 'Clear History', and then 'Show more'
- Make sure 'Browsing history', 'Cookies', and 'Cached data' are checked
- Click 'Clear'
After a few seconds, your cache should be cleared (you may or may not receive a confirmation).
FireFox
- Click the menu button (3 lines) in the upper right
- From the drop-down menu, click 'Options'
- Click 'Privacy & Security' from the menu on the left hand side
- In the 'Cached Web Content', click the 'Clear Now' button
After a few seconds, your cache should be cleared (you may or may not receive a confirmation).
Google Chrome
- Click the menu button (3 dots) in the upper right
- From the drop-down menu, hover over 'History', then click 'History' from the menu that pops to the left
- Click 'Clear browsing data' from the menu on the left
- Check all three boxes, then click the 'Clear Data' button
After a few seconds, your cache should be cleared (you may or may not receive a confirmation).
