Getting back into your account is easy – even if you’ve forgotten your username or password.
-First from either the Games Manager or from iWin.com click on 'Sign In'
-Then click on either 'username' or 'password'
-Next a box will appear which will prompt you to enter the email address your account is associated with
-An email will be sent with user info and a link to re-set your password will be sent to you. Make sure that your spam filters are set to allow delivery of this message. You may also need to check any spam folders in case this directed there by mistake.
If you no longer have access to the email account that the iWin account was set up under, please contact customer support so we may verify your account manually.
