1. ELIGIBILITY
The iWin All Access Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to all registered users of iWin.com who have an active account during the Promotion Period as defined below. Both new users who create an account during the Promotion Period and existing users who already have an account prior to the Promotion Period are eligible to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of IWin.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Offer void where prohibited.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on May 1st at 12:00AM EST and ends on May 31st at 11:59PM EST (the "Promotion Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:
- Have a registered account on www.iwin.com during the Promotion Period (users who don't have a registered account can create one during the Promotion Period).
- Play any downloadable PC game on the iWin.com website during the Promotion Period.
No purchase or paid subscription is necessary to enter. Playing any downloadable PC game on the website, including free trial games, constitutes a valid entry. Both new and existing users have equal chances to win. Limit one entry per person regardless of the number of games played. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will result in disqualification.
4. PRIZES
- FIRST PRIZE: Three (3) winners will receive a one (1) year subscription to iWin.com's All Access premium services.
- SECOND PRIZE: Ten (10) winners will receive a three (3) month subscription to iWin.com's All Access premium services.
The subscription will begin on the date that the winner is notified and accepts the prize. FIRST PRIZE has an approximate retail value of $179.40. SECOND PRIZE has an approximate retail value of $44.85. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of iWin.com.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by iWin.com representatives whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their iWin.com account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning solely depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and iWin.com's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. iWin.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond iWin.com's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by iWin.com in its sole discretion.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless iWin.com and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
