Sometimes during the download/install process, the progress bar can appear to get 'stuck' at a certain percentage. Please note that the download/install process can take several minutes, however, if it has been some time, and the process has not been completed, you can use the information provided below to clear out the 'download queue'.
- Navigate to the 'My Games' section
- Click on the 'Help' link in the upper right corner
- Click on the 'Clear Download Queue' button
After clicking to clear the queue, it should return you to the 'My Games' section, and your 'stuck' game should now be removed.
Please note that you may need to keep doing this if games continue to get 'stuck' in the queue, at which point it is recommended that you only download one game at a time.
