You can cancel your iWin All Access subscription using the information provided below.
- From the iWin website, hover over your username in the upper right
- Click HERE if you need instructions on how to sign in
- Click 'My Account' from the dropdown menu
Down in the middle of the page, you should see your 'iWin Membership' information. On the right-hand side, click on the 'Cancel' link as shown in the screenshot below
When you first click on the 'Cancel' link, you will be asked if you would rather pause your subscription. Choosing to do so will stop your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle, and continue billing depending on the length of time you have chosen to pause (currently up to three months). If you decide to pause billing, click the radio button for the amount of time you would like to pause, and click 'Accept Offer'. If you do not want to pause, then click the 'Continue to Cancel' button.
After clicking 'Continue to Cancel', you will be asked one more time if you want to keep or cancel your membership. Click the orange 'Cancel my membership' button to cancel your subscription.
A 'Please wait a moment' box will pop up, after which your subscription will be canceled*.
*Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle.
