Reactivating your iWin All Access subscription is quite easy.
When you initially cancel your subscription, your membership stays active for the remaining time you would have had until your next billing date. For example, if your regular billing date was the 1st of the month, and you cancelled on the 15th, you would still have an active membership until the 1st of the following month. If this is the case, and you wish to continue with the same billing date that you previously had, use the following information to reactivate your subscription.
- From the iWin website, hover over your username in the upper right
- Click HERE if you need instructions on how to sign in
- Click 'My Account' from the dropdown menu
Down in the middle of the page, you should see your 'iWin Membership' information. If you still have time remaining, you will see the date that your subscription will expire, and there will be a green 'Reactivate Membership' button. Clicking the 'Reactivate Membership' button will reactivate your membership using the same card you originally signed up with. If you would like to use a different card, or change the date that your subscription is billed, you will need to wait until your subscription expires, and sign back up using the new card, and/or on the date you wish to be billed.
If you're looking to reactivate your membership and the subscription time has already expired, there will be no green 'Reactivate Membership' button, and you will need to go through the initial sign up process & enter your credit card information again. If needed, you can click HERE for instructions on how to sign up.
